Think about a habit you've restarted more than twice. You've understood the stakes every single time. What you haven't given your brain is a signal it can actually use. So pick one. The morning pages, the ten minutes of movement, the inbox review. And bolt something genuinely pleasurable onto the end of it, immediately, every time. A specific coffee you brew only after. Thirty seconds of a song you actually love. The pleasure needs to be real and it needs to be instant, or the circuit gets nothing.
